• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

• Customer pays return shipping (unless the item is defective).

How to Return

1. Email sales@tresbeauboutique.com with your order number.

2. Wait for return instructions.

3. Ship the item within 7 days of approval.

 

Refunds

• Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within the day of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund if verified.
